Construction University is based on the premise that every individual
deserves the opportunity to grow within the company, balanced with the
company needs and individual skills. The individual skills required to
achieve company goals are included within the curriculum of Construction
University.
Mentoring
Development of the course curriculums will be based on the company's and
individuals' assessments, required competencies, and latest information
available to-date on a variety of topics relating to Leadership, and
Project and Business Management. Experienced Project Managers and
Superintendents will be involved in the development of curriculums,
teaching various segments of the programs and mentoring other employees
through out the learning process.
Our commitment to training is an ongoing process. The current course that
is available, and pertinent for all employees to complete,
is Leadership 100.
