Location: Hillsboro, OR

Highlights: New 350,000 SF data center, concrete tilt up construction.  Project includes all aspects of greenfield construction: demo, clearing, mass earthwork, structural excavation, electrical trenching, storm sewer, storm detention ponds, sanitary sewer, domestic and fire water lines, site finishes, public improvements, asphalt pavement.

Seaside Middle School / High School

Location: Seaside, OR

Highlights: This project placed over 300,000 CY of cement treated soil in Oregon’s wet, coastal climate. Working closely with the State of Oregon’s Department of Environmental Quality and the Federal Army Corps of Engineers, the project worked in and around ephemeral streams and wetlands, taming very steep topography to offer Seaside a new school with a breathtaking view.


Location: Portland, OR

Highlights: We prepared the site for the new Children’s Eye Clinic at OHSU’s main campus on Marquam Hill. This new building has been placed in a logistically challenging location on the hillside. Not only did our team excavate through basalt rock for the foundation, but we operated between an ambulance route and operational hospital facilities.

Sherwood High School

Location: Sherwood, OR

Highlights: The New Sherwood High School is now the largest high school in the state of Oregon, with an impressive 7 new sport fields spread out on a sprawling 72 acre campus. Earthwork included moving over 400,000 CY of native soil. The building pad terraces over three independent slab on grade elevations, with breathtaking views of Mount Hood and the Willamette Valley.

Oregon State Capitol

Location: Salem, OR

Highlights: ​Oregon State Capitol Accessibility, Maintenance & Safety (CAMS) Renovation. This project consisted of constructing two 5,000 square foot mechanical rooms directly against the existing Oregon State Capitol without having the ability to remove the existing marble clad exterior, while working around the Oregon Legislative Schedule.

Vista Logistics Park

Location: Gresham, OR

Highlights: Consists of three new concrete tilt up buildings on a 37 acre campus, totaling over 730,000 SF of industrial space. The entire project was completed within one year.

Franklin High School

Location: Portland, OR

Highlights: Modernization of the historical public high school that was constructed over 100 years ago. This project included a complete renovation of the historical buildings as well as construction of new gym facilities and classrooms. In additional to that, our team successfully relocated a 210,000 lb statue of Benjamin Franklin.

Nyberg Rivers

Location: Tualatin, OR

Highlights: ​Tualatin mixed-use development that includes retail, restaurants, and entertainment space and is now the home of Cabela’s.

Daimler Nova

Location: Portland, OR

Highlights: New Corporate Office and Parking Garage for Daimler Trucks North America, located on the Columbia River waterfront in Swan Island. This project included demolition of the existing facility, along with new construction of a towering office building and multi-level parking garage.

SolarWorld USA

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Highlights: 200,000 square foot building expansion, including all site grading, cement treated soil, and wet utilities.

Randall Children's Hospital

At Legacy Emanuel 

Location: Portland, OR

Highlights: This project accounted for

multi-phased construction, allowing for uninterrupted hospital operations to build a state-of-the-art children’s hospital within Emanuel’s existing campus. Challenging utilities were installed to service a new Central Utility Plant and active Emergency Department with helipad. 

Tri-City Water Pollution Control Plant

Location: Clackamas County, OR

Highlights: ​This expansion helped the

Tri-City plant treat up to 60million gallons of wastewater a day serving Gladstone, Oregon City, and West Linn.

Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum

Location: McMinnville, OR

Highlights: ​Constructed haul roads between the McMinnville Municipal Airport and Evergreen Aviation campus to land and transport a Boeing 747 aircraft for display on the new Wings and Waves Waterpark.
