High Tech Client

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Highlights: During a muti-phase project spanning more than 3 years for a High Tech Client, we installed over 8,000 feet of fusion welded HDPE pipe, ranging in size from 48” down to 2”.

High Tech Client

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Highlights: Our team sawcut, excavated, and backfilled 500 feet of sanitary line inside an active café seeing more than 1,000 people per day. Material was removed with all electrically powered 4-wheel buggies and trackhoe. Fun fact: electric trackhoe is small enough to fit through a common 3’ wide door way and the bucket is large enough to only hold 4 shovel loads of material.

High Tech Client

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Highlights: Our team installed a new 42” HDPE Industrial Waste Water mainline by boring underneath a Hillsboro wetland and stalling a 210,000 lbs precast vault more than 30’ below ground level. To complete the project and put the system “online”, our team utilized two wire saws to simultaneously cut and remove the old IWW line, which sees a flow of approximately 2 million gallons of water per day.

High Profile Client

Highlights: During a 125,000 cubic yard parking garage/fitness center building mass excavation, our team installed 3,500 LF of fuse welded HDPE HVAC piping routed to multiple buildings.

Washington Park Reservoir

Location: Portland, OR

Highlights: The Portland Water Bureau is replacing reservoirs that have served the city since 1894 with a new 12.4 million gallon, seismically reinforced underground reservoir. The project is a 6-year phased approach and will be built within a portion of the existing reservoir with a reflection pool on top to preserve the historic look of the original reservoir.

Zinc Underground Detention

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Highlights: Our team stacked out 494 individual concrete structures weighing 13,857 lbs each to create 133,000 cubic feet of underground storm water retention. We then wrapped the entire structure in a one piece 30 mil liner covering a total area of 34,720 square feet. This project allowed the client to store, process and filter storm runoff water into wetland stream.
